|Recommended: NoProblems with the Lofts — If you want a ‘nicer’ dorm then move in here, if your looking for an apartment don’t. You will receive noise complaints for talking on facetime past 10pm, ive had multiple packages stolen and they said nothing can be done because they don’t have cameras, which makes me nervous about the safety of the building. Weekend front desk staff are absolute idiots and have no idea what they’re doing. Also look forward to multiple emails a week about homeless breaking in. All the staff have a ‘sorry but we can’t do anything’ attitude about everything from stolen stuff to getting a response about maintenance, ice machine has been broken since move in day and still no response . The lofts have also been bought and sold by 3 different managing company’s in the past 3 years. Good luck to you if you decide to live here

|Recommended: YesApartment is Good but Management is Hopelessly Incompetent — The management of Auraria was awful before they sold the building, and then, under new management, it got even worse.
The payment portal has been broken since August and we make a payment, just to have it accrue a credit balance. I write and text every month and offer to pay a different way and no one responds. Then once in a while they call to threaten eviction. Then I send the emails about the broken portal and they go away for 90 days. Then the cycle repeats. Everyone who works there is frazzled and miserable, and they call you screeching and totally stressed out. They don't answer their phone, ever.

response from property -Thank you for the 5 star review!! :-)
|Recommended: YesFront desk workers, at the time of making this, give off an unfriendly, unwelcoming and non-engaging vibe with the front desk being closed when it’s most inconvenient. The vibe isn’t consistent as the past staff felt very welcoming and engaging.
Maintenance is very timely and exceptional. Close to campus which is super convenient and being in the heart of downtown gives lots of opportunities for going out. Better prices and you are housed with other students people your age
|Recommended: YesLiving is 50 50 — Maintenance staff is fast and wants to help, while the front office tends to be closed while most people are in class or just not there when you need them to be. Parking is available and it's hard to hear neighbors
|Recommended: YesQuality student housing close to campus — Auraria Student Lofts are affordable and newly renovated. I have only had a few problems while living here, including issues with heating and clogged sinks, but the maintenance team has been doing a good job on making timely repairs. The gym and study areas are great even though you have to go through the parking garage to get to them. The staff is friendly as well. I recommend living here if you want affordable housing near campus, and you don't mind living downtown.
Thank you Jenna for the kind review. We are happy that you are here at Auraria Student Lofts.
